These terms apply to our website and services. By using our website, booking a call or buying a service, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide market research, planning and business system services for local service businesses, including the Industry Position Deep Dive and the Authority Build.

2. The Deep Dive

Price: $2,500, paid before Session 1.
What's included: three working sessions of about one hour each, recordings of each session, and a written report delivered within 7 days of Session 1.
Scheduling: the 7-day delivery depends on you attending Session 1 as booked. Rescheduling may move the delivery date.
Credit: if you buy the Authority Build, the full $2,500 is credited toward it.

The No-Go guarantee: if our research finds no customer type that fits your crew, has enough work in your market, and is worth the changes it requires, we will call it a No-Go and refund the full $2,500. You keep all the research. The refund applies only to a No-Go. It does not apply if we find a real opportunity and you decide not to pursue it, or if you disagree with our findings.

3. The Authority Build

The Authority Build is quoted after the Deep Dive and governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment schedule and timeline.

4. No guaranteed results

Our research and recommendations are based on information available at the time and on what you tell us. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, number of customers or business outcome. Your results depend on your market, your decisions and your execution.

5. Recordings

Deep Dive sessions are recorded so you can refer back to them. By attending a session, you consent to it being recorded. Recordings are shared only with you and used only to deliver our services.

6. SMS terms

Brainkandy Media sends text messages only to people who opt in. Messages cover appointment reminders, customer support and service updates, and promotional messages only if you separately consent to them.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 720-235-3358. You'll receive one confirmation, and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor. Prices are in US dollars. Except for the No-Go guarantee above, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will always be on this page.
